  1. Receive and store up to 5 free volumes/boxes per reservation maximum measuring 40cm x 30cm x 30cm received within 48 hours prior to arrival date.
  2. Volumes/boxes in excess of 5 free will be charged $5 per package/box a day, even if received within 48 hours prior to arrival date.
  3. All packages/boxes received more than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged $5 per volume/box per day.
  4. All and any volumes/boxes with measurements above the maximum allowed will be charged $5 per volume/box per day regardless of the date of receipt.
  5. The above conditions apply per RESERVATION! Due to limited space we cannot offer exceptions.
  6. Any volume/box can only be collected by guest in person, if not collected at check-in collections storage above shall remain in force.
  7. Any volume/box is not collected within 48-hours from the time of check-out will be returned to sender. We do not re-send to any other address.
